Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Engaging personality, solid leadership ability, strong negotiation skills, and ability to read and manage customer needs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build ongoing customer relationships.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics.
• Sales background.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
• Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Negotiate mutually satisfactory terms for items to be pawned.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and coach store team members.
• Help create a friendly, courteous, and respectful customer environment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
