About The Position

EZCORP is hiring a full-time Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) for its EZPawn location at 702 N. Perkins Road, Stillwater, Oklahoma. The role provides customer service, promotes sales, negotiates pawn transactions, and helps lead store Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement. The position offers career development through a paid five-week training program, after which team members earn a $0.50 hourly raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Employees may also follow a career path toward Assistant Manager, including a six-month training program.

Pay is based on experience, from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, with monthly uncapped bonuses based on store and individual performance. The company describes the work environment as fun and fast-paced and offers a benefits package for full-time Retail Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and ability to understand and manage customer needs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment and strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build ongoing customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics.
• Sales background.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
• Promote sales and negotiate deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Reach jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment for customers.
