About The Position

EZCORP is hiring a full-time Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) for its EZPawn store at 401 S. Van Buren, Enid, Oklahoma. The role offers $14.50 to $16.00 per hour based on experience, with potential for monthly bonuses based on store and individual performance. The position combines customer service, sales, pawn-loan transactions, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Shift Leaders build customer relationships, promote sales, negotiate deals for a variety of pawn items, and help create a friendly, courteous, and respectful store environment. They also coach and supervise Team Members and perform store opening and closing procedures.

The company provides a paid five-week initial training program. Successful completion brings a $0.50-per-hour raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Employees may also follow a career path toward Assistant Manager, including a six-month training program. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience as a supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation skills, and ability to understand and manage customer needs.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build ongoing customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics.
• Sales background.
• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
• Promote sales and negotiate deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Reach mutually satisfactory terms regarding items customers wish to pawn.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members through leadership and hands-on involvement.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.
