About The Position

Pressed Juicery is hiring a Shift Lead to guide guests on their wellness journeys and bring the company’s mission to life during every shift. The role leads by example, creates vibrant in-store experiences, drives results through confident selling, and fosters a welcoming community. Shift Leads may prepare products, sample juices, and mentor new team members while supporting store operations and guest service.

Requirements

• Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to lead by example.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food and beverage retail environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly guest experience, including warm welcomes and gracious goodbyes.
• Engage guests through product sampling and storytelling about ingredients and product benefits.
• Drive sales by recommending products and enrolling guests in loyalty programs.
• Model elevated service and teamwork to help exceed sales goals.
• Follow Mystery Shop guidelines and help the store reach a 100% result.
• Support and guide team members throughout shifts.
• Help onboard and train new team members by modeling Pressed standards.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
• Prepare, serve, and package wellness bowls, Freeze, and juice orders.
• Fulfill in-store and third-party delivery orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including storage areas and restrooms.
• Cut fruit, clean equipment, and uphold food safety standards.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and complete daily checklists, including Zenput.
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
• Share guest feedback and operational insights with the General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
