About The Position

The Retail Selling Support Associate in Women’s Clothing helps customers express their personal style and makes fashion inspiring through hospitality, product knowledge, and engaging conversations. The associate circulates the sales floor to understand customer needs, promote loyalty program benefits, and support a seamless shopping experience. The role also supports merchandise standards, fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and fulfillment to keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere closing interaction. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability. All schedules include weekend shifts. Availability is expected for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
