About The Position

The Retail Security Supervisor leads a security team, supports daily operations, and helps ensure a safe environment for everyone onsite. The role involves supervising staff, carrying out Security Officer duties when needed, enforcing procedures, responding to emergencies, training team members, coordinating with authorities and operations management, conducting inspections, managing staff sign-in and sign-out, and assisting with payroll and personnel management.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of security experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid State Guard License.
• Strong knowledge of security operations.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong leadership, communication, composure under stress, organizational, proactive, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities
