About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services during a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The supervisor serves as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff on the assigned shift and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. The listed pay rate is $26.60 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Washington Unarmed SPO License.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• For driving positions, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record meeting the stated limits, the minimum insurance required by company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver's record check may also be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
