About The Position

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit assigned local retailers each week to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including end caps. The collected data is analyzed to help improve product and retailer sales performance. Associates use a downloadable mobile-phone app to scan products and are asked to record quantities for about 45% of the products scanned.

The role involves weekly store visits for 52 weeks per year, including holiday weeks. Base hours average 5–9.5 hours per week across all assigned stores, depending on store size and workload. Special projects are frequently assigned, typically adding 1–2 hours per week per store, with higher demand from January through June. Associates must meet weekly deadlines. The position offers independence and some flexibility in scheduling, while requiring continuous physical activity during the work shift. Requirements

• At least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Have a reliable vehicle and at least the minimum auto insurance coverage required by the state.
• Be able to stand for long periods and access products throughout a store.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend, stretch, stoop, and stand.
• Be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Have attention to detail and be able to work independently.
• Be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
