About The Position

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales-focused role in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. The position provides customer service in person and over the phone, works to meet and exceed customer needs, and encourages customers to engage with automotive services. The salesperson builds customer relationships, promotes products and services, and establishes clear service time commitments between technicians and customers. The role also involves completing transactions accurately and efficiently to provide customers with a seamless experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• Two years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
