About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you will help customers choose camera products and complete solutions by asking questions, offering product demonstrations, and providing service in person, by phone, and through online chat. You will work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while delivering an excellent customer shopping experience. Best Buy provides training to help you become knowledgeable about cameras and ongoing learning and certifications to keep your knowledge current. You will also coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services and help maintain the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
