About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you’ll greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations and sell complete solutions. You’ll work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution and operational targets. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on cameras and products that help customers capture lifelong memories. The role includes serving customers in stores, over the phone and through online chat, maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications, and keeping the cameras department ready to serve customers.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
