About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while delivering a positive customer experience. The company provides training to help you become knowledgeable about cameras and help customers capture lifelong memories.

You support customers in-store, over the phone, and through online chat. You keep your product knowledge current through ongoing learning and certifications, coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services, use available tools to stay current on promotions, identify customers’ deeper needs to generate future opportunities, and maintain the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
