About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you’ll greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations and sell complete solutions. You’ll work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution and operational targets while delivering an excellent customer shopping experience. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on cameras and offers ongoing learning and certifications. You’ll also coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services, use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives, and help drive profitable growth. The role includes helping customers in-store, over the phone and via online chat, discovering their deeper needs to generate future opportunities, and maintaining the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
