About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you’ll greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You’ll work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets. Training is provided to help you become an expert on cameras that help customers capture lifelong memories.

You’ll help customers in-store, over the phone, and through online chat; contribute to team and individual goals while providing an excellent shopping experience; keep your knowledge current through ongoing learning and certifications; and coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services. You’ll also use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives, support profitable growth during critical business drive times, identify customers’ deeper needs to generate future opportunities, and maintain the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness to serve customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
