Retail Sales Specialist - Cameras
About The Position
As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while helping customers choose products that capture lifelong memories. Training is provided to help you become an expert on cameras. The role includes helping customers in-store, over the phone, and through online chat; maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications; and coaching other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services. You also use available tools to stay current on promotions, support profitable growth, identify customers’ deeper needs, and maintain the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
