About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while delivering a strong customer experience. Training is provided to help you become an expert on cameras and help customers capture lifelong memories.

The role includes assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and through online chat; keeping product knowledge current through ongoing learning and certifications; coaching other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services; supporting promotional initiatives and profitable growth; identifying customers’ deeper needs to generate future opportunities; and maintaining the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
