About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets. The company provides training to help you become knowledgeable about cameras and assist customers in capturing lifelong memories.

The role supports customers in-store, by phone, and through online chat. It also involves maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications, coaching other sales-floor employees on new vendor technology and services, staying informed about promotions, identifying customer needs and future opportunities, and maintaining the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
