About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the Yardbird outdoor furniture department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain expert-level knowledge of Yardbird furniture and its high-quality, sustainable products for outdoor living spaces. You’ll also use effective time management to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience working in the furniture industry.
• Luxury brand or other premium product retail or design experience.
