About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the Yardbird outdoor furniture department, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain expert-level knowledge of Yardbird furniture and its sustainable products, and use effective time management to organize daily tasks and responsibilities. The role also supports customer experience, sales goals, department readiness, and the development of other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience working in the furniture industry.
Luxury brand or other premium product retail or design experience.

Responsibilities
