About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for the Yardbird outdoor furniture department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain expert-level knowledge of Yardbird furniture to help customers elevate their outdoor living spaces with high-quality, sustainable products. You’ll also use effective time management strategies to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience working in the furniture industry.
Luxury brand or other premium product retail or design experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals.
