About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you’ll greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations and sell complete solutions. You’ll work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution and operational targets, with training to become an expert on cameras that help customers capture lifelong memories. The role involves helping customers in-store, over the phone and through online chat; maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications; coaching other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services; using available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives; identifying customers’ deeper needs to generate future opportunities; and maintaining the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness to serve customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
