About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while delivering a strong customer experience. Best Buy provides training to help you become knowledgeable about cameras and support customers in capturing lifelong memories.

The role includes assisting customers in-store, by phone, and through online chat; maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications; coaching other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services; and keeping the cameras department merchandised and ready to serve customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
