About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you’ll greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You’ll work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while delivering an excellent customer shopping experience. Training is provided to help you become an expert on cameras that help customers capture lifelong memories.

The role includes helping customers in-store, over the phone, and via online chat; keeping up with product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications; coaching other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services; and maintaining the cameras department’s merchandising and readiness. Best Buy describes its purpose as enriching lives through technology by personalizing technology solutions for customers in its stores, online, and in their homes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
