About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you’ll help customers choose camera products and complete solutions by greeting them, asking questions, providing product demonstrations, and selling. You’ll work toward individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while delivering a positive customer experience. Training and ongoing learning will help you build camera expertise and coach other sales-floor employees on vendor technology and services. The role also involves keeping the cameras department merchandised and ready to serve customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in-store, over the phone, and via online chat.
