About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the cameras department, you will greet customers, ask questions, provide product demonstrations, and sell complete solutions. You will help achieve individual and department revenue, margin, solution, and operational targets while delivering an excellent customer shopping experience. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on cameras and support customers in capturing lifelong memories.

You will assist customers in-store, over the phone, and through online chat; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications; and help keep the cameras department merchandised and ready to serve customers. The role also involves coaching other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services, staying current on promotional initiatives, and discovering customers’ deeper needs to generate future opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
