About The Position
MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative in Billings. The role is aimed at people interested in sales performance and career advancement, with uncapped commission and opportunities to develop toward leadership. Advertised earning potential is $25.62–$40.84 per hour, with a $700 ramp-up bonus, a guaranteed minimum 10% commission while starting, monthly incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. The representative proactively engages customers to identify wireless needs and sells devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions.
