About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative in Billings. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, identifying wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work in a goal-driven environment, aim to exceed monthly performance goals, develop sales skills through coaching and practice, and represent the brand professionally while maintaining an excellent store environment. Compensation includes hourly earning potential of $25.62–$40.84, a $700 ramp-up bonus, guaranteed minimum 10% commission, uncapped commission, monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. Requirements

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
At least 18 years old.
