About The Position
MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative in Wenatchee. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, identifying wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work toward monthly performance goals while developing their sales skills through coaching, accountability, and practice. They represent the brand professionally and help maintain an excellent store environment. The position offers stated earning potential of $24.82–$31.22 per hour, a $700 ramp-up bonus, a guaranteed minimum 10% commission during the ramp-up period, uncapped commission, monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation.
