About The Position
MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative in Wenatchee. The role offers an earning potential of $24.82–$31.22 per hour, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for career advancement. The compensation package also includes a $700 ramp-up bonus, a guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help new employees get started, monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. The representative proactively engages customers, identifies their wireless needs, and sells devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role involves pursuing monthly performance goals, developing sales skills through coaching and practice, and representing the brand professionally while helping maintain an excellent store environment. Requirements
