About The Position

MobileOne is a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer seeking a Retail Sales Representative to proactively engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and create sales opportunities. The representative sells devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions while working to exceed monthly performance goals in a competitive, goal-driven environment. The role includes daily coaching, accountability, and practice to develop sales skills, as well as representing the brand professionally and maintaining an excellent store environment.
