About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead a retail location. The manager coaches and develops team members to deliver excellent customer service, build a loyal client base, and exceed sales targets. The role oversees daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and employee development, while maintaining strong sales results and quality operations. The manager builds business accounts in partnership with AT&T Signature teams, including through community events outside the store. They help maintain a clean and safe location, protect and merchandise inventory, and ensure operational policies and legal requirements are followed. The role also involves staying current through educational workshops, professional publications, and networking. This is a full-time position in Rialto, California, with a stated salary range of $44,324.80–$69,324.80 per year, plus commission. The job requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and includes standing and walking for prolonged periods, occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds, and other physical tasks described below.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience in a similar field.
At least 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards.
Ability to motivate, lead, and coach a team to achieve results.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to meet the position’s physical demands, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team and holding community events outside the store.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment through inventory counts, securing devices, and merchandising according to company standards and policies.
Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
Comply with legal requirements to uphold the location’s stability and reputation.
Keep current with professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
