Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful customer connections using personalized sales expertise and a consultative approach. The role involves helping customers choose from AT&T devices and services, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. Consultants also participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position is based at Christiana Mall in Newark, Delaware, and requires working a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees who are new to sales. The stated earnings range is $58,800 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the range is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. Bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay.
