About The Position
AT&T is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to help customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach, guiding them through available options. The role also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance. The role is listed as 40 weekly hours and regular. Starting pay is listed as $14.42–$17.12, plus $13,700 or more in commissions when sales goals are met. Commission is uncapped, and top sellers who exceed goals can earn $62,460 per year.
