Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is seeking a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role is based in a retail location and requires office presence at least five days per week. Consultants use a consultative sales approach, build meaningful customer connections, and work toward sales targets while earning commission. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees. The position is fast-paced and involves keeping current with evolving technology and changing customer needs. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided for those without sales experience. Pay is $21.7125–$25.6125 per hour, plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission is uncapped; top sellers who exceed goals may earn $62,460 per year. Starting pay within the stated range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
Requirements

Responsibilities
