About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. Consultants use a consultative approach to guide customers through product and service options, work toward sales targets, and earn commission through sales of AT&T devices and services. The role also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. The position offers training and coaching for candidates without prior sales experience. The stated earnings range is $47,000–$75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role is based at the Odessa, Texas retail location and has a 40-hour workweek.
Requirements

- Ability to work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends.
