Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is seeking a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role uses a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options, meet sales targets, and earn commission through AT&T’s suite of devices and services. Consultants also participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position offers hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; individual starting salary within the stated range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet and exceed their goals, including those without prior sales experience.
