Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is seeking a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role involves helping customers select products and services from AT&T’s offerings, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees. The consultant works on the sales floor using a consultative approach, participates in community events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position is in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Training, tools, and coaching are provided to help employees meet and exceed goals. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The position is located in Elmhurst, New York, and is listed at 40 hours per week. The stated earnings range is $47,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the range is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
