Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role uses a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, building meaningful customer connections while working toward sales targets and earning commission. AT&T provides access to its products and services, along with tools, training, and coaching for employees who are new to sales. The position also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Consultants work in a fast-paced retail environment and should be flexible as technology and customer needs evolve. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., includes weekends, and is published monthly based on seniority two weeks in advance. New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the stated range assumes sales goals are met or exceeded. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees.
