About The Position

AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select products and services through personalized, consultative sales. The role uses AT&T’s devices and services to build meaningful customer connections, meet sales targets, and earn commission. Consultants also participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. The position is based at 320 S Mountain Ave in Upland, California, and has 40 weekly hours. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., includes weekends, and is provided monthly based on seniority two weeks in advance. The environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to support employees in meeting their goals. New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Starting pay within that range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the stated range assumes sales goals are met or exceeded. Bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay.
