Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant helps customers select AT&T products and services using a personalized, consultative sales approach. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections, meeting sales targets, and earning commission through sales of AT&T devices and services. The consultant works on the sales floor, participates in community events, fulfills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Work takes place in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help the consultant stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. The role is based at 8801 Johnson Dr, Merriam, Kansas. Weekly hours are 40. Pay is $16.17–$20.30 per hour, plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission is uncapped; top sellers who exceed goals can earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting pay within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
Requirements
