Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is seeking a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role involves helping customers select from AT&T’s products, devices, and services, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. Consultants also participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The job is in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and openness to change help consultants adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. The schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. The position is located in Linden, New Jersey, and is part-time. Weekly hours are listed as 40. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience. Earnings are stated as $47,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
