About The Position

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English. The role centers on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers choose from AT&T’s products, devices, and services. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission, with possible additional starting pay for bilingual skills. The position works on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through their options. It also includes community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, and flexibility in response to changing technology and customer needs is important. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., includes weekends, and is provided two weeks in advance on a monthly, seniority-based basis. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees without sales experience. Earnings are listed as $47,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the stated range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
