Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant to build meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The consultant uses a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options, meet sales targets, and earn commission by selling AT&T devices and services. The role also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position operates in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and adapting to changing technology and customer needs are important. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees who do not have prior sales experience. Bilingual employees may be eligible for additional starting pay.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends.
- Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
