About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Sales Lead is a key member of the Squishable store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every customer. The role focuses on leading and supporting the sales floor during the busy holiday season, maintaining a fun, welcoming, efficient store experience, and helping the team meet customer-service and sales goals. Seasonal duration is November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods.
• Ability to work as part of a team, motivate others, take initiative, and assist wherever needed.
• Comfort receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals.
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season.
• Help lead the sales floor during peak periods and keep the team focused on customer service and sales goals.
• Drive holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products.
• Support seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor.
• Help manage customer flow and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members and assist wherever needed during busy periods.
• Support opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned.
