About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand and products in front of customers at the Westfield Old Orchard store. The associate learns the products and uses that knowledge and strong communication to provide a high level of customer service, build lasting customer relationships, and create an enjoyable holiday shopping experience.

This seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. Team members need flexible availability during the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role pays $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
• Learn Squishable products and represent the brand to customers.
