About The Position

Our Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The Seasonal Sales Associate shares a love of fashion and works to create an excellent shopping experience for customers by providing service, product knowledge, and fashion advice. The role supports sales goals, customer relationships, store presentation, and daily store operations while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks, including floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
• Model the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
