About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services on the sales floor or in the fitting room. You build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer engagement. You also help maintain a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable store environment.

Requirements

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
Resourcefulness and eagerness to start a new venture, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as with a team.
Ability to use electronic devices.
Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, engage in friendly and personal conversations, learn about their needs, and offer recommendations.
Work toward daily sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors.
Learn about new arrivals, popular items, current trends, and promotions.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
Merchandise new receipts and support merchandise moves.
Process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors.
Update signs and pricing.
Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit.
Collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and support individual and store results.
