About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You foster a warm environment for customers and support the team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues prepare the sales floor, review goals and product and promotion information, and welcome customers with friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and communities. They strive to improve, take pride in their work, achieve sales goals, and learn from others.
Requirements
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in a team.
- Be comfortable handling electronic devices.
