About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You maintain clean, organized, visually engaging merchandise displays, tidy fitting rooms, and keep the sales floor ready for customers. You provide friendly, high-quality service and support your team in achieving sales goals. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and greet coworkers. During the day, they welcome customers, have friendly and personal conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and continually work to improve individual and store results. This is a seasonal position at Macy’s Old Orchard. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
