About The Position

Vuori is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to build customer connections and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role focuses on delivering memorable customer service, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and maintaining store operations and visual standards. Associates help customers find products and sizes, provide feedback on merchandise fit and style, maintain inventory and store cleanliness, and work collaboratively with the sales team and management.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service to each customer.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on the customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
